Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation/Home and Back to You is looking for a quality driver who will driver patients safely to and from their medical appointments.
As a premier health care provider in the Metro Detroit community, Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation delivers expert injury rehabilitation, chronic pain treatment, nutrition education, and elite fitness training to patients of all ages.
Driver would be responsible for door to door service, to and from appointments scheduled by our transportation manager. They will maintain driver transportation logs, uploading proper documentation/paperwork to the patients chart.
Requirement to have a clean driving record, a chauffeur license, and DOT card. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7am-7pm, may need weekends. This does not mean that is the set schedule, you will be required to work hours set by manager and the needs of patients.
Driver must be able to pass a health physical and drug test.
We ask that potential hires sign a MVR Consent Form.

Salary : $17 - $20
