BACKtoGOLF Performance & Fitness Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing private practice in Santa Rosa, California.

Our clinic specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine, treating a diverse patient population ranging from young athletes to active adults and older individuals recovering from injury or surgery. Our facility features private treatment rooms, a fully equipped rehabilitation gym, sports performance equipment, and an indoor aquatic therapy pool, allowing therapists to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist at BACKtoGOLF, you will:
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative patients
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional movement training, and rehabilitation programs
- Provide aquatic therapy when appropriate to support patient recovery
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Document patient care using WebPT electronic medical records
- Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional patient-centered care
- Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering high-quality one-on-one treatment

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in California

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Pay: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
