About This Job

As a Supervisor of Direct Care Staff, you will help children and their families conduct necessary meetings and assessments along with developing and implementing Individualized Treatment Plans that best promote growth and development of the child and their family, our goal is to get them independent. You will also help support and guide the staff who work with them and ensure we are always in compliance with MaineCare Standards.

You will:

· Submit all required Treatment Plans and Forms to the State of Maine to ensure we are always in compliance

· Perform all requested meetings with the State of Maine

• Support a group of amazing BHPs and Program Managers (PM)
• Meet with families and build strong, caring relationships
• Create individualized treatment plans to guide care
• Make sure our team is doing their best work, every day

This job is a mix of office work, teamwork, and working with kids and their family in the field. It’s hands-on, heart-first, and deeply rewarding.

What You’ll Do

• Help Families: Meet with families often to administer assessments and create Individual Treatment Plans
• Support Kids: Create interventions and systems to help kids and their family succeed
• Train Staff: Teach and guide Program Managers and bhp's so they feel ready and confident
• Check for MaineCare Compliance: Make sure meetings and services happen on time and that all associated work is completed and submitted before due to the State of Maine
• Write Individual Treatment Plans: Keep plans impactful to best promote achieving independence
• Lead the Team: Be a helpful leader for the Program Managers you oversee
• Pitch In: Step in when needed, including during emergencies
• Solve Problems: Work with others to fix issues quickly and kindly

What You Need (Must meet one of these criteria)

· Have a Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field and at least (two) 2 years related experience; or

· Have a Master’s degree in a human services or related field and at least (one) 1 year of related experience; or

· Be a licensed social worker (LSW) with at least (one) 1 year of related experience; or

· Be a licensed social worker (LSW) who has attained a related Master’s degree; or

· Be a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), licensed clinical professional counselor conditional clinical (LCPC-CC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker conditional (LMSW-C), a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), psychologist, physician, or advanced practice registered nurse; or

· Be a registered professional nurse with 3 years related experience.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Mostly Monday–Friday, with evenings and some weekend days possible
• Some flexibility depending on client needs
