About Us Back to Action Physical Therapy is a locally owned, therapist‑managed practice dedicated to helping patients return to the activities they love. With locations across South Texas, we deliver individualized, one‑on‑one care led by experienced professionals who care about patient outcomes.
Position Overview
We’re hiring a caring, dependable Physical Therapy Technician to join our Harlingen team. This is a full‑time, in‑person role supporting physical therapists with patient care and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist therapists during patient treatments and exercise sessions
- Help patients with therapeutic exercises and equipment setup
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and equipment between sessions
- Provide encouragement and support to patients during recovery
- Perform basic administrative tasks (scheduling support, charting assistance, phone coverage as needed)
- Maintain a welcoming and professional clinic environment
Qualifications
- Caring, compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills; able to connect with patients and staff
- Background in exercise, sports, coaching, athletics, or fitness training preferred
- Able to be on your feet and physically active throughout the day
- Spanish language proficiency required
- Previous clinic or healthcare experience a plus but not required
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $9.00–$10.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (weekends off)
- Job type: Full-time, in-person
