We are currently seeking Production Team Members to join our Brattleboro facility. This is a hands-on, physical job in a fast-paced food production environment with many moving parts. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be a great fit for you.
What to Expect
- This role is physically demanding: you’ll be on your feet for your entire shift, regularly lifting bags up to 60 lbs, pushing/pulling racks weighing up to 350 lbs, bending, reaching, and moving quickly between tasks.
- Production involves multiple steps — from mixing and baking to packaging — and requires focus, attention to detail, and teamwork to keep everything running smoothly.
- We offer a 90-day training program to set you up for success. During this time, you’ll learn all aspects of our production process with the support of experienced team members.
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare, bake, package, and box granola according to company standards.
- Operate ovens, mixers, fillers, dishwashers, and other production equipment safely.
- Lift and carry 60 lb bags and boxes of granola.
- Lift and pour 22 lb ingredient buckets into mixers.
- Push and pull racks and carts weighing up to 350 lbs.
- Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas.
- Follow all safety rules, GMPs, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
