Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards
• Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management strategies
• Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability
• Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate transaction processing and reporting
• Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and deposit preparation
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and food handling protocols to uphold quality standards
• Assist in shift management by coordinating schedules, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food production and service management
• Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within the food industry or hospitality sector
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Familiarity with inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage restaurant operations smoothly
• Experience with culinary tasks including cooking, food preparation, and kitchen management is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle shift management, staff training, and customer service excellence
