Farmers Market Team Member positions for Back Pocket Bakery

Pay is hourly base ($14 DOE) plus tips (averages an additional $4-$6 per hour, consistent rate starting is $18 per hour including base and tips)

Location: Bakery is in downtown CDA. Farmer’s markets and other events are in CDA, Hayden, Liberty Lake area

Who are we?

We're looking for passionate, conscious collaborators to help us from May- October during our busy farmers market season

What you’ll do?

· FM/FOH team members will be the face of our brand at Saturday farmer’s markets with a focus on the following;

· Booth set up and tear down at each market including transportation of tent, tables, etc

· Friendly customer service at all locations

· Cash/credit card management at all locations

What you’ll bring to Back Pocket?

· An energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.

· Enthusiasm for artisanal baking and quality ingredients

You have…

· Strong desire and interest to learn about sourdough baking

· Kitchen, restaurant, or customer service experience

· Personal reliable vehicle and willing to deliver supplies and bread to various locations

· The ability to lift boxes/supplies up to 50 lbs

· Availability to work early Saturday mornings

· Available Saturdays for Farmer’s Markets from May- October
