Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans.
- Provide education on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Keep accurate records of client progress and follow-up.
- Stay current on the latest nutrition research and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate clients.
- Previous experience in a clinical, community, or corporate setting preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
