Why Physical Therapists Choose Back on Track Therapy and Wellness

Practice With Clinical Autonomy

You will be trusted to evaluate each patient, identify the factors limiting their function, and build a plan of care around their individual needs and goals.

You will have the freedom to:

  • Complete thorough evaluations
  • Use your clinical reasoning to guide treatment
  • Create individualized plans of care
  • Adjust treatment based on patient response
  • Progress patients at the appropriate pace
  • Incorporate hands-on treatment when clinically appropriate
  • Focus on meaningful, measurable outcomes

Your role is to think critically, solve problems, and provide skilled Physical Therapy that moves each patient toward lasting results.

Use a Facility Built for Rehabilitation and Performance

Your treatment options should not be limited by a small clinical space or basic equipment.

At Back on Track Therapy and Wellness, you will have access to:

  • An indoor running track
  • A large turf training area
  • An Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill
  • Open strength and conditioning space
  • Functional movement equipment
  • Space for agility and change-of-direction training
  • Resources for advanced return-to-sport progressions

These resources allow you to guide patients from their initial evaluation through higher-level strength, movement, running, and performance training.

Treat Active and Motivated Patients

You will work with patients who want to move better, become stronger, and return to the activities that matter to them.

Your caseload may include:

  • Active adults
  • Recreational and competitive athletes
  • Outpatient orthopedic patients
  • Post-surgical patients
  • Runners returning from injury
  • Individuals working toward higher-level functional goals
  • Patients preparing to return to work, exercise, or sport

You will build relationships with patients who are engaged in their recovery and motivated to make meaningful progress.

Bridge the Gap Between Rehabilitation and Performance

Many patients complete traditional rehabilitation before they are fully prepared for the physical demands of running, training, work, or competitive sport.

Here, you will have the space and resources to help patients complete the entire recovery process.

Treatment may include:

  • Strength and conditioning
  • Running and gait analysis
  • Functional movement training
  • Agility and change-of-direction work
  • Return-to-sport testing
  • Injury prevention strategies
  • Performance-based exercise progressions
  • Long-term movement and wellness planning

You will help patients move beyond symptom relief and return to their activities with strength, confidence, and improved physical capacity.

Follow Patients Through the Full Recovery Process

You will have the opportunity to see how your clinical decisions influence each patient’s progress.

You will:

  • Identify the source of movement and functional limitations
  • Establish goals that matter to the patient
  • Develop and progress an individualized treatment plan
  • Guide patients through every stage of rehabilitation
  • Educate patients about recovery and injury prevention
  • Prepare patients for the physical demands of their daily lives
  • Celebrate meaningful improvements in movement, strength, and function

You will help patients return to work, exercise, recreation, running, and sports with greater confidence.

Continue Growing as a Physical Therapist

Your professional development will be supported through:

  • Mentorship and clinical training
  • Continuing education reimbursement
  • Collaboration with experienced team members
  • Opportunities to strengthen your orthopedic rehabilitation skills
  • Exposure to sports and performance-based rehabilitation
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Support for your long-term professional goals

Whether you are continuing to build your clinical confidence or looking for an environment where you can expand your orthopedic and sports rehabilitation skills, you will have room to grow here.
