A Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotels' dishes, flatware, glassware, and cookware,

• Properly operate dishwashing machines. Ensure the appropriate temperature is correct for proper sanitation.
• Wash all dishes, pots, pans, and other items used in the restaurants, kitchen, and banquet department.
• Break down all boxes, empty trash containers into the dumpster, and clean containers.’
• Clean kitchen walls, floor mats, and mop floors daily.
• Ensure the floor is dry and debris-free after each session or shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Previous dishwashing/stewarding experience in a heavy volume restaurant preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Must be reliable and flexible, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
