Job Description:

Job Summary:

1. Inspect all assigned guest rooms including "special clean" items and equipment daily to ensure quality service.
2. Train and monitor Room Attendants on their daily responsibilities to ensure house rules, safety rules, security procedures and housekeeping procedures and standards are achieved.
3. Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner; professionally resolve issues, promptly report lost/missing guest possessions.
4. Update management on the progress and status of each area of responsibility; complete required forms and reports; notify laundry of linen requirements for early check out rooms.
5. Promptly report any unsafe, broken, or missing furnishings, equipment, or fixtures to management.
6. Assist with cleaning of rooms during peak periods or in the absence of regular Room Attendants.
7. May assume the responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper and/or Housekeeping Supervisor in his/her absence.
8. Any other duties assigned by the BOH Management according to the applicable law and rules.

Job qualification:

1.  Sound working familiarity with safety and security procedures and guidelines and ability to safely operate commercial housekeeping equipment.
2. Ability to read and understand written instructions to carry through housekeeping tasks.
3. Basic supervisory skills.
4. Good command of the English language; second language proficiency desirable
5. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
   Ability to maintain customer focus
6. Excellent organizational and planning skills
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work well in a team environment.
9. Ability to follow corporate and brand standards and procedures. Experience and Education Requirements
10. High School education desirable but not required.
11. 1 years of experience as an Inspector or a comparable position is desirable.
12. Minimum training required per year as assigned by the company.
13. Any additional training required by manager.
