Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Auburn, ME. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to improve patients’ functional capabilities. Key responsibilities include overseeing patient care, guiding rehabilitation exercises, documenting progress, and ensuring optimal outcomes. Collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals to monitor and adjust treatment plans is integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Proficiency in Patient Care practices
- Strong knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build patient rapport
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Maine or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on modern therapy techniques
- Experience in orthopedics or outpatient settings is a plus
