- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records with precision.
- Support office management tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support basic financial record-keeping.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, offering information, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area while adhering to office protocols and phone etiquette standards.
- Support administrative duties including copying, scanning, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably as a receptionist or personal assistant.
