Duties
- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure quality and precision.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility.
- Support the setup and breakdown of assembly lines, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools, reporting any issues to maintenance teams promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and production areas to promote safety and efficiency.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods using appropriate equipment.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to uphold a secure working environment for all team members.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility with familiarity in assembly line operations.
- Mechanical knowledge that enables troubleshooting minor issues with machinery or tools.
- Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly techniques and quality standards.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, with a focus on safety procedures and inventory management.
- Excellent physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts.
