Indirect Procurement FF&E Manager - Food & Beverage Industry - Must Reside in Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement FF&E Manager with a strong background in indirect procurement, specifically within the food & beverage or restaurant industry. The Indirect Procurement FF&E Manager will lead strategic sourcing and procurement across indirect spend categories, with a primary focus on Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), supporting new store openings and ongoing business operations. They will negotiate supplier agreements, drive cost savings, manage vendor performance, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment, while partnering with Development, Construction, Operations, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years indirect procurement FF&E experience in the Food & Beverage industry, thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at strategic sourcing, vendor management, and supplier negotiations, while successfully managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

***This role is based in our Headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA. Must currently reside in the Los Angeles area***

Responsibilities:

• Perform tactical and strategic functions related to daily procurement function which may include, but is not limited to : cost analysis, cost negotiation, contract management, redlining contracts, develop scope of work, leading and supporting RFP/RFI
• Develop and implement strategy for effective contract and supply negotiations to ensure lowest total ownership cost at right quality
• Implement appropriate SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) interventions including: supplier management activities around supplier reviews, service level agreements, and ensure the contracts continues to be robust and meet Bacio di Latte’s needs
• Monitor supplier performances, provide recommendations, and influence stakeholders for additions/deletions from supplier pool as appropriate
• Lead product evaluations and planning meetings with all stakeholders and recommend potential changes
• Develop sourcing strategies maximize company objectives
• Perform category analysis to find potential cost-saving strategies without compromising supply assurance or quality
• Maintain up to date market knowledge on market trends, underlying supply markets and the changing needs of the industry, identifying when action is needed in response to any change or cost impact
• Monitor supplier price tracker and supplier document compliance
• Travel up to 15% as needed to oversee deliveries, installations, and successful execution of FF&E
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships, and be accountable for resulting business performance
• Prepare and participate in supplier, team, and cross-functional meetings
• Work with business stakeholder groups to identify needs, test and qualify new or existing capable suppliers, initiate requests for proposals/quotations (RFPs/RFQs), or contract renewals, and advise on vendor price, quality, availability, reliability, and support

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of Strategic Sourcing/Procurement experience required
• Strong understanding of procurement process: spend analysis, opportunity identification, RF/RFP process, stakeholder management, negotiations, and contracting
• In depth experience working with cross functional teams: other Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Development, Sustainability, Food Safety, IT, Facilities, and Culinary teams in managing product cost, lead-times, and supplier capacity
• In depth experience in studying market trends and conditions, supply markets and changes, and applying results for strategic objectives
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to validate, test, implement, and achieve sourcing goals
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
• Supply chain management related certification: CPIM, CPSM, CSCP, six sigma, etc. preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred

• Highly skilled in leading negotiations with vendors to unlock and maximize supplier value

• Highly skilled in working with cross-functional teams to validate, test, implement, and achieve sourcing goals
