Professional Driver / Moving Crew Lead – Box Truck (No CDL Required)

What You’ll Do
- Operate company box trucks (CDL not required) for residential and commercial moves.
- Lead and supervise a moving crew in the field.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ensure punctuality and accuracy in every job.
- Handle customer belongings with care, detail, and respect.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete simple paperwork.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Louisiana Driver’s License (Class D Chauffeur’s License required for trucks over 10,000 lbs GVWR).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs with crew assistance.
- Strong leadership, integrity, and communication skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and customer-focused.
