What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vineyard Worker position at Baci Winery?
This is an outdoor position that involves taking care of grapevines and groundskeeping. We will train.
You need to bring: A.) Reliability to show up on time and for every shift you are schedule B.) Reliable transportation to and from work C.)Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend repetitively during your shift D.) Ability to work independently and with other people E.) Ability to work in various weather conditions including rain, wind, sun, heat and humidity.
Start time for this role is 7:30am. If you are unable to start work at 7:30am, please do not apply.
This is a farm job, so there are bees sometimes, bugs sometimes, tall grass sometimes. If you are a fan of working outdoors, this could be a great opportunity for you to learn about grapes, work with great people, and earn money.
