Job Description
- Collaborate with Japan HQ to develop and support the development of brand strategy, digital and content marketing efforts for S.E.A region
- Coordinate and support the country-level marketing efforts and local management in line with the region’s strategy
- Drive and manage strategic projects through close collaboration with marketing counterparts in respective regional offices
- Lead optimization of marketing communication on the regional scale
- Develop integrated marketing strategies, provide marketing context and roadmaps to support business in the S.E.A. region
- Develop marketing plans by identifying the key opportunities and developing action plans for the brands in line with business objectives
- Lead and drive the creation of digital marketing and communications strategies, brand assets (e.g. brand identity, brand positioning, packaging design, etc.) to achieve consistent branding across the S.E.A. markets
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns (brand-level, product launch, etc.) for both offline and online channels
- Provide guidance on brand guidelines and best practices to ensure brand consistency for online/offline marketing strategies
- Close collaboration with Sales and Planning teams to develop promotional strategies to support CRM effort and drive sales revenue
- Perform competitive analysis to derive insights on markets conditions and business trends to assist stakeholders to make key decisions
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
- Manage the Marketing Team and collaborate with other internal stakeholders to align with the business strategies
- Manage and build strategic long-term partnership with key industry players, influencers and media/agency partners to improve media performance
- At least a Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG consumer electronics, preferably with experience in regional marketing positions
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role and ability to lead and drive team performance
- Deep understanding of marketing best practices and experience in successfully running marketing campaigns in S.E.A. region
- Demonstrate agility in proactively adapting plans to market changes
- Experienced in agency management including event, design and project agencies
- Creative, energetic and willing to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in the tools and technologies for the cross-boundary marketing optimization and standardization
