Spanish Bilingual Intake Specialist

Bachus & Schanker, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Spanish bilingual Intake Specialist to join its team. This role will handle inbound client intake calls for potential clients in the Aurora office.The Bachus & Schanker Experience is centered on serving our clients with the utmost compassion, dignity and understanding.  If you enjoy talking with people, helping others, and if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to speak with you.This is an in-office position, and you must have the flexibility to work a variable schedule that could include evenings until 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.Responsibilities:Talk with potential clients about their caseSchedule intake appointments with attorneys and clients when appropriateRespond to calls and emails immediatelyEnsure the internal database is updated with client information upon completion of callsQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent, but relevant work experience will be consideredBilingual in SpanishExcellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writingExperience with Microsoft Office productsAbility to organize, monitor, and track numerous activities, events and projectsAbility to quickly solve problemsStrong attention to detailDiscretion in handling and communicating sensitive informationAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under pressure in a fluid environmentA positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job doneAbility to work independently under tight time constraintsPreferences:At least 1 year of customer service representative experience, preferably in a call center environmentCompensation and Benefits:Base Pay of $20 - $21 an hour, plus company paid benefits, and incentives/bonus program (general total compensation package of $45,000 - $55,000).  Total compensation is ultimately dependent upon experience, performance, and paid benefits selected.Company paid Employee Medical InsuranceCompany paid Employee Dental InsuranceCompany paid Employee Long Term DisabilityCompany paid Employee Term Life, AD&DVision InsuranceShort Term DisabilityDependent Care FSA, Commuter FSAEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Additional Voluntary Individual and Family Term Life, AD&DBachus & Schanker is committed to giving every client superior experience by exceeding their expectations. Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
