**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for projects.
- Ensure all documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project logs, is accurate and up to date.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction or electrical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP certification is a plus.
