PROJECT MANAGER I
Best fit for candidates with 1–3 years of PM or engineering experience. You'll own smaller projects end-to-end and support senior PMs on larger ones — all while building core competencies in project management, contracts, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all project activities for projects valued under $250K
- Support senior PMs on scheduling, logistics, and vendor communication for larger projects
- Review contracts and specs; support change orders and sub-supplier requisitions
- Handle project transmittals, shipping, and documentation per company procedures
- Assist in resolving resource conflicts and closing warranty claims
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- 1–3 years of PM or engineering experience preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in the $20K–$250K range simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD/Inventor a plus
- Position involves work-related travel, including international destinations
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
