About the Job
We’re building a high-energy in-store sales team inside select partner retail locations across the tri-state area.
In this role, you’ll engage homeowners in conversation, generate interest in home improvement services, and set qualified appointments for our sales team. This is not a passive retail position — it’s a proactive, conversation-driven sales opportunity with strong income upside and a clear path into future sales roles.
What You’ll Earn
- $17.00 per hour base performance incentives
- Average projected weekly earnings: $600 - $1,000 (Base Incentives)
- Top performers will earn more with no cap
- 28 hours per week (part-time)
- A quick ramp-up into our sales consultant career path
What You’ll Do
- Set up and manage a branded promotional table inside Lowe’s stores
- Proactively greet customers and start conversations about home projects
- Capture customer information using a company-issued iPad
- Set qualified appointments (not just collect leads)
- Maintain strong relationships with store leadership
- Represent the brand with professionalism and energy
- Coordinate closely with internal teammates to manage scheduled appointments
Who You Are
- Naturally outgoing and comfortable talking to strangers
- Approachable, positive, and high-energy
- Reliable - especially on weekends
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Interested in growing into a future sales role
- Hospitality or bartending
- Wireless or retail sales
- Event marketing or brand ambassador roles
- Canvassing or face-to-face sales
Scheduling & Coverage
- Approximately 4 days per week (28 hours total)
- Weekend availability required
- Assigned to a cluster of nearby Lowe’s stores
- Lowe’s of Stroudsburg PA
- Predictable scheduling with occasional store rotation
Physical:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Ability to handle marketing materials & set-up displays
- Professional and approachable appearance
- Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to represent the brand appropriately inside a retail partner environment
- Reliable transportation
