PDI Technician Description
The PDI Technician is the primary contact for incoming inventory, inspecting each incoming unit for dirt, chips or defects in paint; operation of standard equipment (IE: windows, radio, wipers, etc) and optional equipment ensuring that special order parts are installed (IE: bedliners, step rails, etc) before turning over keys to the sales department.
Qualifications:The ideal PDI Technician is organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Service and Sales Management Team
Our company uses many different technologies and our Sales Representatives are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.
This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.
