WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR MERCHANDISING SALES ASSOCIATE:

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide total solutions
• Suggest add-ons and participate in retail and commercial sales activities
• Identify potential commercial customers and support store goals
• Operate computer and cash register accurately, answer phones, and demonstrate a customer-first mindset
• Stay alert for loss prevention and report any unusual activity

Technical Work:

• Install and test batteries, rebuild cordless drill packs, and other battery solutions
• Repair smartphones, tablets, light fixtures, and other devices (screen replacement, battery swaps, etc.)
• Cut keys and reprogram key fob remotes

Merchandising & Store Operations:

• Stock inventory, rotate products, build displays, and maintain retail shelf labeling
• Load/unload deliveries and arrange customer deliveries
• Open and close the store, reconcile registers, and maintain store appearance
• Perform general facility upkeep, including mowing, snow removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom cleanliness

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months prior experience preferred
• Technical aptitude with small parts, hand tools, and electronics
• Ability to make minor decisions within standardized procedures
• Ability to perform basic math (percentages, ratios, simple algebra)
• Strong listening, communication, and customer service skills
• Good organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Regular standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and use of hands/tools
• Occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching above the shoulders
• Exposure to electrical components, chemicals, fumes, outdoor weather, and moderate noise
• Use of protective clothing/equipment, including goggles, gloves, and steel-toed shoes
