We own two busy and growing "retail", for-profit music schools in the North Atlanta metro area. We are looking for experienced, sales-focused Site Directors to join the senior management teams at our schools. If you have experience in retail management, strong sales experience, or experience managing and growing a child-oriented educational service (Montessori, Mathnasium, etc) please reach out and introduce yourself! We are looking for extroverts with great communications skills, positive energy and at least some experience managing and motivating teams.
We are also focused on individuals with a proven track record of sales achievement in products or services, or for individuals who are convinced they could excel at promotion and sales of educational services with the right initial trtaining and support. It doesn't have to be what we sell (music lessons), just proven ability to promote and sell a product or service.
We teach the fine art of music to students of all ages. As part of a 65 school nationwide chain, we have proprietary curriculum, teaching methodology, and market presence that defines what we do. Who we are is up to us - it's our management team and teachers that engage with our students, parents, and community to create our high energy, happy, and positive culture. The position is highly dynamic in nature. As a member of the senior management team, you'll be involved in all aspects of running a busy, successful music school, from daily operations such as scheduling, to marketing, sales, HR, training, and, if you have the skillset, teaching music lessons and curriculum development. The more successful your school is, the more you will earn.
This is NOT "just a job". The more experience you bring to the table, the more input you will have in the strategic aspects of running our schools, and the higher your base salary will be (before bonus). You will have significant input into the strategic direction of the company, and ownership of the tactical execution of that strategy in your school. We are looking for people who want to be in charge, who excel at motivating themselves and a team, who thrive given a challenge, and who love the entrepreneurial aspects and influence of being a senior member of a small business executive team (and being paid accordingly!)
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work during our busiest hours on a regular daily basis. Our busy hours are between 3:00 - 7:00 M-F, 9-4 Saturday. This is when your communication skills and sales skills are put to work interacting with our students and parents
- Some type of post secondary degree, any kind will do
- Some level of prior management experience in any area, such as retail, education services, or another child-oriented endeavor
- Willingness and ability to interact effectively with children
- Own a car
