The leasing agent will be responsible for helping leads and residents through their journey in leasing with Foursite.Leasing Agent Responsibilities:Leasing apartmentsProcessing applicationsPreparing move-in paperworkAssisting residents with the move-in processMaintaining positive relations with residents throughout their tenancyCreating new and creative resident retention ideas and implementing them with help of the managerMarketing to current and future residentsPosting to all platforms of social media while creating a positive online presence.Leasing Agent Qualifications:Reasoning and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent time managementAttention to detailPrevious property management or equivalent customer service experience is required ScheduleThe work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
