Bacardi Limited seeks a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distilling equipment and facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot all equipment and facility problems; pumps, motors, PLC / HMI, mechanical utility system failures, process and facility electrical systems.
- Monitor Mechanical/ Electrical Infrastructure to detect potential malfunctions.
- Disassemble and rebuild any/all plant devices.
- Adjust equipment to facilitate optimal performance.
- Maintain communication with management team to meet all maintenance demands.
Requirements
- 5-7 years industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to work with minimal/no supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in distilling or related industry.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments, pipe fitting, and industrial electrical background.
- Journeyman card in any applicable trade.
