What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny - Mt Lookout position at BabysitEase?

Schedule: M-F - 11 to 5 - Open to going full time for the right candidate
Rate: $21-23/hr
Stare: 5/1 (can start earlier or as late as 5/9)
This family has had a nanny for this school year but she needs to move on earlier than expected so they are looking for gap coverage from 5/1 until 8/21 when the boys start back to school. With travel and camps each week may be a little different but needs will be no less than 30 hours a week and no more than 40 hours a week. For the right person they are willing to guarentee 40 hrs/week throughout the summer, although that number of hours will only be needed for 2-3 weeks. Until the school year is up the schedule would be 11 to 5/5:30 with B3 being picked up at 11:30 and B6 being picked up at 3 from Seven Hills, which is just a few minutes from their house. They are paying legally and providing a W-2.
They are looking to find a nanny who truly loves working with kids and can be engaged and build into the boys' interests. B6 loves all things building, plays tennis and swims and is still into trains. B3 is a bit more artistic and while he loves everything his big brother does, he is more likely to want to sit down and color or do crafts. Mom works part time from home and has celiacs disease so it is a gluten-free household. The family also places a value on safety and is looking for a vaccinated sitter who won't be on their phone while driving since transportation is a big part of this position. A clean background check is also very important for this position.
No household help is required with this position. The family is open to a summer placement or talking to a caregiver about extending into next school year for afterschool care which would be roughly 20 hours per week for the right person.
They are not open to candidates looking to bring their own children at this time.
