- Assist with taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction during their visit
- Support team members with restaurant operations, including basic food service tasks when needed
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Experience
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Knowledge of serving protocols, hospitality practices, and phone etiquette is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm
