Responsibilities
- Stock shelves with fresh produce, packaged goods, and other grocery items efficiently and accurately.
- Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport merchandise within the warehouse and store areas.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming shipments and organizing outgoing deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including backroom spaces and shelving units.
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to enhance store presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including packaging, stocking, and maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, equipment operation, and store maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Communication skills; Spanish language skills required; must be able to understand and speak basic English for job duties and compliance.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and load & unload activities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and merchandising.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
