About the Opportunity

Our Practice is busy and growing, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional patient care.

This role will support both of our locations (West Babylon & Patchogue), with an expectation of one day per week in each location.

• Highly skilled in performing root canals and endodontic procedures with precision

Software Skills

• Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software is a plus
• Must be open to learning new systems and workflows
  
  
  

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Certificate in Endodontics
• Active NYS dental license
• Comfortable performing a full range of endodontic procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

Each pay cycle we review with you your hourly production averages and when economically beneficial, we move you to a % of collections. The more you produce, the more you potentially earn. This will be discussed further during your interview process. (note, our Practice collection average is over 103%).
