What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Platform & CoPilot Training Lead (Remote) position at BABYBOTS?
We are hiring a Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Enablement Lead to deliver education-first AI enablement on behalf of BabyBots to our clients.
This is a client-facing delivery role, not an internal IT position and not a traditional staff-augmentation consultant. You will act as Our companies trusted enablement partner-guiding client teams through learning, adoption, and scale.
While some hands-on configuration and example builds are required, the primary focus is:
• Teaching and coaching client teams
• Driving adoption and confidence
• Establishing governance and guardrails
• Enabling internal champions at client organizations
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Copilot Enablement
• Lead Copilot onboarding, readiness assessments, and foundational training for BabyBots clients
• Facilitate client workshops covering:
Copilot capabilities and limitations
Data boundaries, privacy, and governance
Prompt crafting and real-world use cases
Develop and deliver shared prompt libraries, playbooks, and usage guidance
• Host office hours and provide asynchronous support via Teams or equivalent tools
Pilot Programs & Adoption (Client Delivery)
• Guide departmental Copilot pilots for client teams (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.)
• Help clients define success metrics (time saved, quality improvements, adoption)
• Collect and interpret adoption telemetry and user feedback
• Iterate pilots based on outcomes and real-world usage
• Prepare client-ready pilot summaries and scale recommendations
Power Platform Enablement (Supporting, Not Primary)
• Support Power Platform setup for client environments (Dataverse, security roles, connectors)
• Co-build example Power Apps and Power Automate flows to demonstrate best practices
• Teach clients how to maintain, extend, and govern their own solutions
• Integrate Copilot capabilities into apps and workflows where appropriate
Governance & Operational Readiness (Client Education)
• Educate client stakeholders on:
Power Platform ALM (Dev / Test / Prod)
DLP policies and connector governance
Ownership, access, and change management models
• Help clients document governance frameworks that are practical and usable
• Reinforce guardrails throughout pilots and scaling phases
Training, Change Management & Champions
• Deliver role-based training for business users and technical users
• Establish and mentor client-side “Champion” users
• Create reusable training materials, recordings, and enablement assets
• Serve as Our companies day-to-day enablement lead for assigned client engagements
Measurement, Optimization & Roadmapping
• Support adoption and ROI tracking using Power BI or equivalent tools
• Facilitate retrospectives and optimization sessions with clients
• Contribute to future-phase planning and roadmap discussions
• Provide structured feedback to BabyBots leadership to improve delivery offerings
Required Qualifications
Technical & Platform Experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar)
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Familiarity with Power BI usage telemetry and reporting concepts
• Understanding of enterprise governance and data boundaries
Enablement & Client Skills
• Proven experience delivering training, enablement, or adoption programs
• Comfortable leading workshops, presentations, and client discussions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to represent BabyBots professionally with client stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or client delivery
• Experience enabling AI or low-code platforms at scale
• Background in customer success, enablement, or technical training
• Experience working across multiple client engagements concurrently
