Baby Trend is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone and email. In this role, you will answer questions, resolve issues, process orders, and ensure every customer receives friendly, professional service. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders accurately and update account information
- Resolve product or service concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Research and troubleshoot customer issues
- Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions
- Route inquiries to appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Work with other departments to improve overall customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous customer service or support experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and data entry
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Bilingual in French is a plus
