Baby Fox Academy is looking for one AWESOME FULL TIME Twos Preschool Teacher to join our team at our Lakewood Ranch facility! At this location, we serve infants through VPK. Our floaters will get to know all of our children while they help cover classes for teachers who are working on their college classes or collaboratively completing lesson plans. Sometimes our floaters are just an extra set of hands in a classroom.

Some things we look for in applicants:
- High School Diploma/GED (REQUIRED)
- Able to pass background check (REQUIRED)
- Experience working in a childcare environment (REQUIRED)
- CDA/FCCPC and/or degree in ECE or related field AND Staff Credential (Preferred)
- 45 hours of Early Childhood Training (REQUIRED)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- SUPER ENERGETIC, Friendly, Organized, NOT AFRAID TO GET MESSY and HAVE FUN!(REQUIRED)
Responsibilities
- Create & implement lesson plans, with co-teacher, that align with the curriculum, educational goals and developmental milestones for two year old aged children.
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience.
- Provide individualized attention and support to toddlers to meet their developmental and social needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share children's progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily teaching strategies.
- Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Monitor and assess children's progress to adjust teaching & classroom managment strategies as needed.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, both on their own and as a team, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in the field of early childhood education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
