3K Support Teacher

Baby Beluga is excited to expand our early childhood program with the addition of a new 3K classroom! We are seeking a warm, energetic, and dedicated 3K Support Teacher to help create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for our youngest preschoolers.
As a valued member of our teaching team, you will work as an afternoon Lead 3K Teacher. Your education and experience will help you to implement our set curriculum and daily classroom activities, foster children's social and emotional growth, encourage curiosity through play-based learning, and help provide a safe, welcoming environment where every child can thrive.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education (required)
- Passion for working with 3-year-old children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, positive, and professional demeanor
- Ability to instill classroom management, lesson implementation, and daily routines
Schedule
- Part-time or full-time hours available
- Must be available to work until 5:30 p.m.
