Baby Bear Biscuits Southern Café is hiring! All positions all hours to start immediately. Morning and evening shifts Tuesday-Sunday. Flexible schedules, full and part time available. Includes on the job training.

We are a full-scale Southern restaurant making the most of California’s local bounty. Located in the bustling and family-friendly SLO Ranch Marketplace, we strive to provide a welcoming community space and food that makes you feel at home.

We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable individuals looking to grow and hone their skills in the food & bev industry, working under an award-winning chef.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively and move with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability stand for long periods of time and to reach, bend, stoop and lift 50 lbs.
• Food Handlers certificate within 30 days of hire

Compensation

Dish/prep $16.50/hr tips

Counter server $16.50/hr tips

Cooks $18/hr tips

Leadership roles for Front and Back of House available! Pay DOE dependent on experience.
