The Brand Manager will serves the US, Canada, and Latin American markets (the Americas) and will report to the SVP of Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Lead marketing activities for your specific product ranges in the region
- Plan the marketing calendar of products; closely collaborating the Social Media and D2C teams
- Lead the marketing budget incl. media management (Paid, Owned, Earned)
- Develop trade marketing activities in (E)-Retail and B2B (SPA) business
- Adapt global strategy and launch plans to the Americas with special consideration of local needs
- Collaborate with internal producers and external agencies on local asset management & content production
- Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
Base Qualifications
- 3 years related experience.
- Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines and prioritize projects effectively.
- Strong relationship management, interpersonal skills and resourcefulness including an ability to operate successfully with limited budgets and people resources.
- Strong presentation skills and written/oral communications.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of creativity.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Marketing experience within beauty industry a plus.
- Must have the potential and desire to assume increased responsibility.
- Available to travel for relevant company meetings, presentations and agency briefings.
- Based in the South Miami Area
