Sales Representative
We are working with a well-established and growing aerospace technology manufacturer seeking a Sales Representative to help expand their presence with engineering customers and new product applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with technical customers, identifying new opportunities, and representing innovative avionic technology.
In this position, you will work closely with engineering teams and customers to introduce and support advanced avionics product lines. The role focuses on both developing new business and maintaining existing key accounts within the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
• Develop new business by identifying engineering customers and product applications
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while building long-term client relationships
• Manage key accounts and identify opportunities to increase revenue
• Travel approximately 25% to meet customers, present products, and attend industry trade shows
• Demonstrate products and present solutions to both small and large technical groups
• Support internal teams including customer service and sales operations when needed
• Assist with trade show preparation, booth setup, and product demonstrations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 2 years of sales experience required
• Aerospace, aviation, or technical sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate solutions to customers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (passport required)
Additional Details
• Full-time, salaried position
• Onsite role with approximately 25% travel for customer visits and trade shows
• Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
