Key Responsibilities:
* Process and close mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance from start to finish
* Prepare Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures in accordance with regulatory timelines
* Maintain strong working knowledge of TRID & RESPA rules and regulatory requirements
* Manage a steady pipeline of loans
* Coordinate with third party companies to facilitate timely closings
Who We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in mortgage loan processing and closing
* Strong understanding of early estimating and disclosure of costs
* Familiarity with compliance practices
* Comfortable in a role that values consistency, accuracy, urgency and teamwork
*Knowledge of mortgage operating systems and document prep software
