We're looking for an experienced and reliable Assistant Pastry Chef to help us bring our culinary vision to life.

As an Assistant Pastry Chef, you'll play a vital role in our kitchen, supporting the team in creating high-quality baked goods and pastries. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and baking of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Supporting the execution of laminated pastries with precision and care.
• Maintaining consistency in product quality and presentation.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Upholding cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring your skills, experience, and passion for baking to the table. Here's what we're looking for:

• 3 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
• A strong foundation in pastry techniques; bread experience is a plus!
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
