We are seeking a Full-Time Evening Greeter to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a warm greeting upon arrival at our store, communicating with sales team members, and overseeing the uplist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to our store
- Assign sales team members to assist customers
- Coordinate the uplist
- Document customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cash Register Knowlegde a plus
Schedule:
- You have the option to work either a reduced schedule 3 pm - 9 pm or a full schedule, 1 pm - 9 pm. Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Mondays off.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
