Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruitment and Scheduling Coordinator based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Recruitment and Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. They will also be responsible for scheduling home care services for clients, ensuring that the right caregiver is matched to each client's individual needs. The Recruitment and Scheduling Coordinator will communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure that scheduling needs are continuously met.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating in the healthcare or home care industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to scheduling conflicts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Calendar, and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultural competency and working effectively with diverse populations.
