Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Servers to join our hospitality team, delivering outstanding service in a lively and fast-paced setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your guest relations skills, culinary knowledge, and beverage expertise while providing memorable experiences for our guests during peak seasons.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and safety standards
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately while managing sales transactions with POS systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales potential
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Experience in serving guests in hospitality settings with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
