We are seeking a Proposal Engineer to support our business development efforts in delivering innovative and efficient power generation solutions to both current and future clients. Essential Responsibilities
- Leads technical proposal development, including defining scope and reviewing project specifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Maintain the technical documentation and data sheets to support proposed work.
- Support site walk-downs, inspections, and pre-bid meetings to gather critical project insight.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain and evaluate technical input and quotations.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the project's financial estimate.
- Supports bid reviews by presenting technical strategy and key proposal details.
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering
- Experience in power generation equipment, systems, or construction environments is valued.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to technical problem-solving efforts.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally. (30-50% Travel Required)
