Essential Responsibilities:
- Reviews customer specifications and identifies pertinent commercial items.
- Develops/reviews proposal estimates and schedules.
- Evaluates and minimizes risk in accordance with company standards.
- Ensures proposal is compliant with RFP and other source documents.
- Modifies proposal in response to amendments, changes and management insight.
- Conforms contracts by negotiating final open items.
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited college is preferred.
- Engineering, Scheduling or Estimating experience.
- 3 years of Sales experience in Oil & Gas and/or Energy/ Power Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Flexibility in schedule, initiative, willingness to learn, maintain effective and professional interaction with all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize the deadlines.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
