Responsibilities:
- Assist the attorney in providing comprehensive support throughout the entirety of the case, including maintaining the attorney's calendar
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases, address their concerns, and ensure they receive excellent customer service
- Review and organize medical records
- Assist in preparing legal correspondence, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining documentation using our case management system
Qualifications:
- Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
- Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference
- You must be reliable and trustworthy
- Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude!
