Front Desk Concierge (Overnight) - Part Time

SummaryIn the role of Front Desk Associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and managing guest relations at our establishment. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you will utilize your core skills in time management and phone etiquette to handle multi-line phone systems and assist guests effectively. With a focus on hospitality and guest services, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the overall success of our hotel operations.Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures- Make reservations for amenities and submit maintenance work orders.- Provide information about building amenities, local attractions, and dining options- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area- Collaborate with other Building departments to ensure resident satisfactionRequirements:- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines- Knowledge of front desk operations and Building CRM systems(Yardi, Building link, Butterfly, Active Building, etc..) is a plus.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as neededCompany DescriptionConsolidate the highest quality serviceCurrently, we provide services in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Florida, and Texas.
