• Scanning merchandise and ensuring pricing is correct
• Assisting customers with questions about products, services, and promotions
• Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies
• Balancing the cash register and maintaining accurate transaction records
• Keeping the checkout area clean, organised, and fully stocked
• Working closely with teammates to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience
