Service Advisor – Babbitt Ford Lincoln
Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break). Rotating schedule includes just one Saturday per month from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Compensation: Competitive Commission Pay with Earn Potential ranging from $60,000-$120,000

The Role: Service Advisor
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED customer-centric and motivated Service Advisor to join our busy service department. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between our customers and our technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations: Warmly greet customers and act as their primary point of contact throughout their service experience. Ensure we do everything in our ability to reach 100% customer satisfaction.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and book service appointments.
- Communication: Clearly translate customer concerns to the technical staff and provide regular status updates to vehicle owners.
- Service Consulting: Inform customers of recommended repairs, factory recalls, safety notices, and recommended maintenance to ensure vehicle longevity.
- Utilize Ford Programs: Ford Motor Company provides tooling and job aid to help simplify warranty and overall repair process.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fundamental relationship-building and communication skills.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Well versed and experienced in writing Service at a Franchise Car dealership.
