What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the crew on job sites with confidence and clear direction
• Reading and understanding job scopes, timelines, and blueprints
• Set up tools and materials, making sure the job is ready to roll
• Ensuring every fence line is laser-straight and every gate swings like a dream
• Using power tools like a pro and making precise measurements
• Digging post holes, setting posts in concrete, and aligning fences to perfection
• Installing gates, hinges, and other hardware
• Overseeing landscaping tasks like laying sod, spreading rock, planting shrubs, and assisting with sprinkler installs
• Operate mini skid steers and light equipment when needed
• Track job progress daily and communicate clearly with the owner and customers
• Performing daily job logs and progress updates
• Ensuring the team stays safe, on track, and always aligned with our core values: Quality. Integrity. Innovation.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, you have some experience leading fence or landscape crews

• Must have experience with power tools

• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure

• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Experience in fencing or landscaping leadership is a plus—but we’ll train the right person with the right mindset and skills . If you’re handy, hard-working, and ready to learn—we’re happy to train the right guy

• You care about quality, take ownership, and show up with a positive attitude

• Must be a team player and able to physically exert yourself for long periods of time

• You’re the type of person who gets stuff done and doesn’t cut corners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
